What are AromaBuild™ candles made from?

AromaBuild™ candles are made from a premium coconut soy wax blend infused with essential oils, hand poured in amber glass jars for a clean, long lasting burn.

Do AromaBuild™ products contain harmful chemicals?

We source the safest materials possible for all AromaBuild™ products. Our candles do not contain phthalates or parabens and are infused with essential oils for a natural, refreshing aroma experience.

Are AromaBuild™ room sprays safe to use around pets or children?

Our sprays are water based and infused with essential oils. We recommend spraying into the air and allowing the mist to settle before children or pets come into direct contact.

How strong are the scents?

AromaBuild™ scents are crafted to transform a room without overpowering it. Candles deliver a steady, balanced aroma, while sprays refresh the air instantly and linger pleasantly.

Where are your products made?

Every AromaBuild™ candle, spray, and keepsake is proudly made in the USA using responsibly sourced materials.

How long do AromaBuild™ candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles typically burn for approximately 40-50 hours, depending on wick trimming and room conditions.

How should I care for my cotton wick candle?

Trim your cotton wick to about ¼” before each use for the cleanest burn. Always allow the wax to melt fully across the top during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

What is the shelf life of your room sprays?

For the best scent quality, use your AromaBuild™ spray within 12 months of purchase and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I reuse the candle jar?

Yes, but not for candle making. Once your candle is finished, clean out any remaining wax and recycle or repurpose the amber glass jar for decorative or storage use.
For safety reasons, do not reuse the jar to make or burn another candle, and note that it is not dishwasher safe.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS for reliable, flexible delivery options.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier selection.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping, but we focus on reliable and cost effective delivery through trusted carriers.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage. We’ll review your claim and determine whether a replacement, refund or store credit is the best resolution.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

We can typically update addresses if you contact us within 8 hours of placing your order. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
For safety reasons, room spray packaging with broken seals cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Simply email support@aromabuild.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. If your product is unused and unopened, we’re happy to exchange it for another scent. Additional shipping fees may apply.

What if my candle or spray has been opened or used?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products. Please review your selection carefully before opening.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with photos. We’ll issue a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the situation.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. However, the original purchaser will need to request the return per our policy. We can assist with an exchange or store credit if the item qualifies.

Are sale items refundable?

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

What if I’m not satisfied with the scent I chose?

We understand scent preferences are personal. While we can’t accept returns on opened products, we do offer exchanges for unopened items.
